**Verticutting include collecting and disposing of thatch (dead grass)
1. A $100 fee will be added if your lawn in not mowed short prior to a verticut/power rake. This creates a larger amounts of grass, more trips to dump, more time to rake grass/thatch, and derails the time for other customers.
2. A $50 fee will be added if you water your grass prior to a verticut. This makes the grass really heavy and very difficult to blow/rake. Your lawn needs to be dry for a verticut/power rake.
